Chapter 2- My perspective

Chapter 2 with the Connected Educator contains information that can benefit any student, employer or employee of any business. Within this chapter I have gained an insight within several learning experiences and theories, however, the one that stays pertinent in my mind is Bounded Community approach. Through this approach, I believe that anyone can create a positive experience to connect with others, whether it be in person or online, that will create an impact on their communication with others as well as how they can approach their own job, task at hand, etc. While my primary focus is to work face to face with children, elders or any adult involved with my future career as a social worker, I know that I will also need to make connections online whether it be through an email or other communication via internet. I believe the bounded community approach will me create a more personal approach to the case I am involved with especially when it comes to placing children in homes or helping an elder find the right nursing home. This will help me create an environment that can include a group of people, and/or creative team designed to achieve certain goals focusing on the case at hand.
